Craig Loukes, Director of Organic Constructions personally oversees each building project. He is a reliable, well advised builder with 30+ years of experience in carpentry and building. Craig is passionate about sustainable building practises and proudly builds beautiful modern homes that are functional, eco-friendly and comfortable to live in.

He has extensive knowledge within the commercial and domestic construction industry in Australia and has been fortunate to learn a variety of building practices in England and Canada. He understands the importance of building a structure that aligns with its surrounds and to adapt the functionality of the building to its occupants. As a small volume builder he commits to quality over quantity and is a clear and prompt communicator.

Craig’s attention to detail, forethought impeccable standards are what defines him as a builder, with hands on first and second fix carpentry, roofing and stonemasonary experience (and more!), he understands how all the elements and trades come together in cohesion to create a flawless finish meeting and aiming to exceed client requirements and expectations. He collaberates with the home owners to ensure their vision is fulfilled, keeping them informed throughout all stages and making himself available for questions and advice along the construction journey.
